1. Click the "Login to Portal" button on the Resident Portal page
2. Enter your username and password
3. Select "Make a Payment" from the menu
4. Choose your payment method and amount
5. Confirm your payment

If you forgot your password:

1. Go to the login portal
2. Click "Forgot Password"
3. Enter your email address or username
4. Check your email for reset instructions

• On your monthly billing statement (top right corner)
• On any correspondence from Island Condo LLC
• In the resident portal after logging in (profile section)
• On your welcome letter when you moved in
